Every remanufactured engine from US Engine Production is backed by our comprehensive warranty — no mileage caps, no fine print.
What's Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation with no mileage limitation. This includes:
- Internal engine components (pistons, rings, bearings, crankshaft, camshaft)
- Cylinder heads and valvetrain components
- Gaskets and seals installed during remanufacturing
- Oil pump and water pump (if included with engine)
- Timing components
Warranty Conditions
- Engine must be installed by a certified mechanic or qualified shop
- Proper break-in procedure must be followed
- Engine must be used with proper fluids and filters per OEM specifications
- Core must be returned within 30 days of delivery
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Damage from overheating, lack of lubrication, or contaminated fluids
- External accessories (alternator, starter, A/C compressor) unless specified
- Labor costs for removal and reinstallation
- Consequential or incidental damages

- Provide your order number and describe the problem
- Our team will troubleshoot and authorize the claim
- If approved, we'll ship a replacement engine or issue a refund
Core Return Policy
A core charge is applied to all engine purchases. This charge is fully refundable when you return your old engine core within 30 days. The core must be complete (no missing major components) and must not have catastrophic damage (cracked block, etc.).
