1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the US Engine Production website (enginestransmission.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Products and Services
US Engine Production specializes in remanufactured diesel engines, gasoline engines, and transmissions. All products are remanufactured in-house at our facility in Lindenhurst, New York.
- All engines and transmissions are remanufactured to OEM specifications
- Products are dyno-tested before shipping
- Pricing is subject to change without notice
- Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed by phone at (631) 991-7700 or through our quote request system. By placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
- Pay the agreed-upon price plus applicable taxes and shipping
- Pay the core charge deposit (refundable upon core return)
- Accept delivery at the specified shipping address
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks. Payment must be received in full before shipment unless otherwise arranged.
4. Warranty Terms
All remanufactured engines and transmissions come with a 1-Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Information page for complete warranty terms, conditions, and exclusions.
5. Core Return Policy
A core charge is applied to all engine and transmission purchases. This charge is fully refundable when you return your old engine/transmission (core) within 30 days. See our Core Return Program page for complete details and requirements.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship nationwide via commercial freight carriers. Shipping times and costs vary by location and product weight. See our Shipping Policy for complete details.
- Most orders ship within 24-48 business hours
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Customer is responsible for inspecting shipment upon delivery
- Damage during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Unused/uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee
- Products must be in original packaging and condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Installed products are covered under warranty, not return policy
- Custom or special-order engines are non-returnable
8. Limitation of Liability
US Engine Production's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for:
- Labor costs for installation or removal
- Consequential damages (lost income, rental costs, towing, etc.)
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Damage caused by use of incorrect fluids or parts
- Any incidental or indirect damages
9. Installation Requirements
All engines and transmissions must be installed by a qualified, ASE-certified mechanic or equivalent. Improper installation may void the warranty. The installer must:
- Replace all fluids, filters, and gaskets
- Flush the cooling system
- Verify proper oil pressure before operation
- Follow all manufacturer torque specifications
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of US Engine Production Inc. and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, New York.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
